Financial Policy
The fee for your dental treatment will be based on the extent and complexity of treatment required. Fees for endodontic treatment at our office will typically range from $900 to $1,500 and our office staff will be happy to explain our fees and options when you call for your appointment.
It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

At Lake Washington Endodontics, we make every effort to provide you with exceptional care. As a courtesy, our office works closely with you and your insurance to maximize your benefits for covered procedures and will process your insurance forms on your behalf. Because your dental insurance is a contract between you and your dental insurance company, we urge you to read your policy and understand your benefits. It is important to remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred for treatment.
